Over the past month, I’ve received several pamphlets in the mail from companies offering continuing education workshops. While many of the courses look impressive, it stunned me to see their prices.
Yes, a top-notch workshop can be worth every penny you pay. But, over the years, I’ve learned that a lot of hidden gems out there don’t cost a cent.
Since I’m an RN, many of the sites I’m sharing today offer free CEUs for nurses. However, most of them also provide credits for other professions, too.
While I’ve taken classes through some of these sites, I haven’t used all of them. If you have personal experience, I would love to see your feedback in the comment section.
Continuing education requirements vary in each state. So, be sure to double-check the criteria before signing up for an online class.
Finally, even if you don’t need continuing education credits, many of you will find that these classes prepare you to serve your residents better.

This site offers an enormous number of health-related topics. Most of the online courses are brief and offer one CEU or less.
While currently offering 70 free CEU classes, Intiva also provides access to a wide variety of paid courses.
